In this partnership we work hand-in-hand with the client and design team from pre-construction through client move in and project close-out. During pre-construction phase the following tasks are executed, comprehensive budgeting, value engineering, pre-purchase of long lead materials and equipment, scheduling, bidding, qualification and award.
